I have the best job in the world, I get to make beautiful things that I am very proud of. In fact, I'm so confident that you will love your artwork, I guarantee it. Not only is every piece of my artwork handmade, it is original and intended to be enjoyed for generations.
If you don't love your piece of glass artwork after living with it for a week, pay for return shipping and I'll refund your money.
In the event that you do wish to return your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt for a return authorization.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of authorization.
Returns without authorization will be restocked at a 25% fee.
Work must be shipped insured with tracking for full value. Return shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
A refund will be issued via Paypal when the work is received in as-new, undamaged condition.
Artwork will not be accepted for return after 30 days from date of original receipt.
If YOUR ARTWORK IS DAMAGED in transit, please call the carrier immediately. After that, please call me. Or vice-versa.
